Deposits
- Your deposit is refundable up to 7 days before your appointmentÂ
- You are allowed to reschedule within 7 days of your appointment without forfeiting your deposit one time
- After the first time you reschedule an appointment within that 7-day grace period, you will forfeit your deposit and will therefore be required to put down a new deposit before you reschedule your appointment
- Please note: The enforcement of these policies is up to Rocky's discretion. We understand there are extenuating circumstances. If you are sick in a contagious manner, please inform us. Thank you for keeping everyone healthy!
Preparing for your appointment
-Â Two weeks before:Â Exfoliate and moisturize your skin, keep out of the sun, and hydrate well
-Â 24-hours before:Â No alcohol or blood thinners, get a good night's sleep, hydrate well
-Â Morning of your appointment:Â Eat a big breakfast with protein, bring whatever you need to be comfortable (headphones, a book, a stuffed animal, stress ball, and a phone charger)
-Pack sugary snacks and water, and dress comfortably
-Â At your appointment:Â Unless your tattoo is happening at a convention or guest spot, the resident address is Bloodroot Tattoo Collective- 1315 Airport Blvd, Morgantown, WV
- There is parking out front of the shop
- When you come in, ring the doorbell, and Rocky will come meet you in the lobby

Important Note:
-Â Please reserve plenty of time for your tattoo appointment. You should plan for it to take even more time than expected. It is important to Rocky that nobody feels rushed or pressured to be done at a certain time. At the end of the day, your tattoo is going to take however long it needs for Rocky to give you the best tattoo possible.

It is our gentle suggestion to not make many other plans the day of your tattoo.Â
Day of your appointment
- Do not show up to your appointment under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If you are suspected of being intoxicated or impaired in any way, you will not be able to be tattooed and will forfeit your deposit
- Rocky Love does not tattoo using numbing cream. If you show up to your appointment having applied numbing cream, you will not be able to be tattooed and will forfeit your deposit
- We believe that there is not nearly enough research on the safety of using numbing cream while tattooing for Rocky to feel comfortable using it while tattooing you
-Please contact us if you are running behind for your appointment. If you are more than 30 minutes late without contacting us, you will forfeit your deposit and risk not being tattooed that day
-Any significant changes to your design need to be communicated to us at least 48 hours before your appointment. If you are completely changing the design, then you may need to come in for a new consultation appointment
-Designs will not be sent out prior to your appointment. There are no exceptions
- Please note:Â We will never contact you to offer you services if you have not first contacted us. You will only ever be asked to leave a deposit with Rocky or Kimmy, and only via cash or Square'
-Booking is never done via DMs or private messenger on social media. Do not leave a deposit with someone via social media; we will never ask you for a deposit via DM or private messenger on social media
-Rocky Love reserves the right to refuse service to any person for any reason at any time
